Hi guys,
I have been visiting a sick relative in Hamilton twice weekly over the past 2 months and I have listened to nearly all of the NZ Brewer podcasts It really has been a great way to make the trip go by.
After hearing so many good shows I found myself getting home and rewinding them to write down the recipes. I have just kegged the Boneface Darkness clone and after only 3 days in the keg it tastes delicious.
Looking forward to hearing Joseph Wood from Liberty if you can get him on plus I think Hallertau wood be a good story to hear.
Anyway I could talk all night about beer so will let you go.
Keep up the good work.
Steve
